Taekwondo Tots runs twice weekly at Manchester Communication Academy for children aged 3-5.

Classes focus on developing key motor skills because research shows that skill development at this key age is important for learning and performance of practical skills in later life.

Tots undertake a series of activities using stimulating visual aids and take part in group tasks to provide social interaction and development. Basic Taekwondo movement and kicking techniques are taught to prepare tots for development into the Kids classes.
